At the ground level is available the affiliated spa/wellness center FORTEPLUS: it comes with an indoor heated pool, wirpool corner, dry and wet saunas, relax area, and wellness center.

Opening hours

Indoor heated pool, wirpool corner, dry and wet saunas, relax area are accessible free of charge for one hour a day from 10 to 12 am and from 3PM to 8PM by reservation (at the front desk or by phone or mail, before arrival). Children up to 14 years old are allowed to the spa until 6pm.

Up to a maximum of 15 people can access for each session and it's subject to availability: we recommend to book it a few days in advance.

The Jacuzzi Experience

Don’t miss the experience of the most amazing Jacuzzi in Florence!

At the 6th and last floor you will find a hot tub with heated water, featuring a beautiful 360° view from Florence’s skyline to the hills surrounding the city! A private session of 45’, featuring a bottle of Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine) is 80€ (60€ without the wine).
